Dignity Toilets for Togo is a proposed global grant being developed by the seven  Area-8 (Olympic Peninsula) Rotary Clubs, all of whom have formally agreed to work together under the leadership of the Nor’wester Club which will serve as the international sponsor. The grant, when approved by The Rotary Foundation, will support one of the six Causes on which Rotarians focus, that being water and sanitation.

We expect that our Club will provide up to a maximum of $2,000 to the proposed grant to support its development and execution. The other six Clubs in Area-8 clubs will also contribute similar amounts. Area-8 club members will form the sub-committees to develop the grant proposal. Members of our Club will be asked to serve on a number of subcommittees to further develop the grant with the objective of submitting it for approval so that execution can begin in Rotary Year 2020-2021 on or after July 1st, 2020.
