Digital Library

Our club has many committees, projects, and processes. When I joined in 2014, I noticed that most of these activities were not documented, many were documented on different personal computers, and there were different paper-versions.

Over these past years, I've used the Google Drive (Cloud platform) to document these activities in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc. and collect and organize them in Google Drive Folders (GDFs). Most of these GDs and GDFs are accessible to anyone by simply typing into your browser and either search or explore what interests you. Pete Leenhouts has also created many GDs and GDFs for the many club activities he pursues

Over time, I will create web pages like this for each of the club's committees to collect, organize and share their GDs and GDFs.

Per this document, the Board approved the Digital Library to be the repository of our club's digital documentation and approved Google Drive as the supporting platform.
