Easy to create and modify

This is called a "Site Page'. It is very easy to create. The links in the left sidebar are also easy to edit and change.

See this Site Page I'm maintaining for the Digital Library committee or this one for the Emergency Preparedness committee.

Every active committee should have a Site Page to collect all of their digital documents.
