The Rotary Club of East Jefferson County is proud to sponsor the Hadlock Block Party Parade which will take place Saturday, August 1st, 2020, during the two-day Hadlock Block Party August 1st and 2nd in Port Hadlock WA.

This year, the parade will begin at noon, and wind its way north up Chimacum Road from Elkins road, and then west through Port Hadlock on Ness Corners Road as far as Christney Street.

Club Rotarians and community volunteers organize and coordinate the parade. It’s a great local experience and a lot of fun.

Rotarian Pete Leenhouts is the Club’s Parade Committee Chair and is our Club’s representative to the Hadlock Block Party Committee. Betsy Pentz is the parade registrar. We’ll open parade registration to the public in April. Rotarians staff the vehicle assembly area at Elkins Road, the walking groups assembly area at Church road, place all required signs, and serve as parade announcers, runners, photographers and more.    Community volunteers, too, are always welcome! Please step forward and volunteer - it’s really a thoroughly enjoyable experience. You can email the Club at > < for more details.
